Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Monthly Marketing Contracts

Unless specified otherwise in your customized service level agreement, all SEO, SMO, PPC, and reputation management monthly contracts are structured on a month-to-month basis. Client may cancel a contract by providing a 30-day written notice. Since work allocation occurs in advance, fees paid for active billing cycles are non-refundable.

2. Web Design & Custom PHP Development

For custom design and PHP coding projects, fees are collected in milestone percentages (e.g. 50% advance, 50% on project approval). If a project is cancelled after design work starts but before final code submission, Revolve108 will retain the advance milestone fee to cover designer and developer hourly costs. Completed projects are non-refundable after handover.

3. Setup and Integration Fees

Setup costs (e.g. tracking scripts setup, dashboard integration, search analytics linkings) represent immediate one-off hours and are strictly non-refundable.
